A cloud phone system that does the work for you

Everything you need in a business phone system
Call routing, recording, custom hours, and caller ID, configured for how your office actually runs.
Never miss a call
Calls route by rules you set: ring the front desk first, overflow to mobiles, send after-hours callers to a menu. Your customers reach a person, not a dead end.
Control how calls are handled
Record calls automatically or per line. Set business hours, custom caller ID, and holiday schedules once, or call us and we change them for you.
Support that picks up
Need a routing change or a new greeting? Call and we make the change for you. Support is included in the plan price.

Your contacts, one tap away
Transfer a call from your cell to the front desk with a tap. iOS and Android apps come with every plan.
Deep CRM integrations with your VoIP business phone system
Direct integrations with the major CRMs, or connect your own system through our API.
Start calls directly from your CRM
Click a contact in your CRM and your desk phone or mobile dials it. No copying numbers between screens.
Launch CRM contact data when receiving calls
When a customer calls, their record opens before you pick up. You know who it is and what they last needed.
See all phone data for each CRM contact
Call history, recordings, and voicemails sync to each contact's record automatically. No manual entry.

What Our Clients Are Saying
1. Price: we saved over $100/mo when we switched over from Comcast. And we didn't have to buy anything since they provide the phones.
2. Easy set up process: Jenny is our rep and she was very nice and set everything up for us. Whenever we had a question or concern, she always answered the phone or email right away. There was no stress for us.
3. Service: we haven't had to wait on hold once, and every time we have needed something, they remembered us and delivered quickly. Night and day difference from Comcast's support.
4. Reviews: we researched several Business Phone Providers and noticed SoundCurve has the happiest customers.
5. Size: SoundCurve is on the medium size company which was concerning to us at first, but they've been more responsive and much easier to get help from than Comcast ever was. They go the extra mile to meet our needs.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a business phone system?
A business phone system allows companies to communicate with internal and external parties effectively.
Previously, both small and large businesses relied on complex on-site telephone systems, known as private branch exchange (PBX), which required buying, installing, and managing extensive equipment like desk phones, cables, and adapters.
Now, the trend has moved towards digital solutions. Advanced technologies enable a shift to cloud-based phone systems, offering a more flexible, innovative, and cost-saving approach to managing calls.
With SoundCurve, employees can make and receive calls on any device, including laptops, desktops, or smartphones, with just a stable internet connection.
How does a cloud based VoIP phone system work?
Your phone system runs in our data centers instead of a closet in your office. Desk phones, computers, and cell phones connect to it over your internet connection, and we manage the routing, recording, auto attendants, and voicemail-to-email on our end. There’s no PBX hardware to buy or maintain. Upkeep is part of the monthly fee.
Can VoIP phones work over WiFi?
Yes. Softphone apps on laptops, tablets, and smartphones work over WiFi or mobile data. For desk phones we recommend a wired connection for stability, but WiFi works fine for remote and mobile use.
Can I use my current business phone numbers?
You can transfer your current business phone numbers to VoIP using a process called porting.
VoIP is compatible with all your phone numbers, whether they’re local, mobile, or toll-free. During the transition, we’ll assign a temporary number that displays your caller ID.
Don’t worry, SoundCurve’s technicians will handle the entire process for you.
Upon receiving your phones, plug them into power and connect to your network with the included cables. Your phones will be dispatched from either our West Coast or East Coast Shipping Center, based on your location, ensuring delivery within 2 days.
Skip the complex website and technical jargon. Our U.S.-based team will configure your phone system exactly as you need it. Note: By choosing our Professional or Executive plans, a Product Manager will work with you directly to fully grasp your business communication requirements and tailor a system from the ground up, leveraging our extensive feature set.
Choose from our extensive selection of local and toll-free phone numbers for immediate activation, or transfer your existing numbers to us at no cost under most conditions. Just complete a brief form, and we’ll handle everything else, ensuring your numbers are transferred within a minimum of 3 days.
How does billing work?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Upon signing up, we will charge your card for your first month of service. Going forward, you will receive a statement in your email during the first few days of each month. The statement will cover service for the month in which is was received. Your card will be charged on the same day the statement is sent.
