I have to admit I was scared to convert to VOIP but Chris, Ira, and Jenny made my on-boarding so easy and pain free. Anytime I have needed to add an extra line (3 lines by the way) they all have all responded in a timely manner and got the lines going lighting fast. Our experience with SoundCurve has been excellent since we switched over 2 years ago. If you are considering switching, I suggest going with SoundCurve. For these reasons:

1. Price: we saved over $100/mo when we switched over from Comcast. And we didn't have to buy anything since they provide the phones.
2. Easy set up process: Jenny is our rep and she was very nice and set everything up for us. Whenever we had a question or concern, she always answered the phone or email right away. There was no stress for us.
3. Service: we haven't had to wait on hold once, and every time we have needed something, they remembered us and delivered quickly. Night and day difference from Comcast's support.
4. Reviews: we researched several Business Phone Providers and noticed SoundCurve has the happiest customers.
