One of the most responsive, friendly, and effective communications vendors we have ever worked with. They got us up and running quickly, with great customer service and response time. Service continues to be impressive, even in this time of increased activity for IT providers. And the price is more than fair for the quality of the solutions. I have to admit I was scared to convert to VOIP but Chris, Ira, and Jenny made my on-boarding so easy and pain free. Anytime I have needed to add an extra line (3 lines by the way) they all have all responded in a timely manner and got the lines going lighting fast. I'm impressed with their lever of customer support. In this day and age a lot of service provided seems to miss this important value but not them.
